The Love That Conquered Death
Jesus’ resurrection is God’s victory over death, sin, and despair. Christ is alive, and that changes everything.
Simples Assim, Jesus begins with a calm and grounded presence: the devotional of the day, a public library, and a multilingual experience prepared from the start.
Jesus’ resurrection is God’s victory over death, sin, and despair. Christ is alive, and that changes everything.
Devotional
On the morning of the resurrection, the tomb was empty. What looked like the end was not the end. Death could not hold Jesus. The Father confirmed with power that the Son is alive.
In Luke 24:5-8, the women hear this question: “Why do you seek the living among the dead?” Then they receive the answer that still carries Christian hope today: “He is not here, but has risen.” That truth changes everything.
The resurrection tells us that pain does not have the final word. Sin does not have the final word. Guilt does not have the final word. Jesus conquered death, and because of that there is forgiveness for the sinner, hope for the weary, and new life for those who turn to God.
Many people carry a deep emptiness they cannot explain. They keep living, working, smiling, and moving forward, yet inside they feel heavy, afraid, and exhausted. The resurrection of Christ speaks directly to that place. Jesus is alive, and His love still reaches wounded, cold, and lost hearts.
In Romans 6:4, Scripture shows that Christ’s resurrection also points to a new life. Those who meet Jesus receive more than relief for getting through life. They receive a new beginning before God.
Today, look to the living Christ. You may still have questions. You may still carry open wounds. But the empty tomb still announces that Jesus is greater than whatever once seemed final. In Him there is life. In Him there is hope. In Him there is a new beginning.
Prayer
Lord Jesus, thank You for conquering death. Enter the weary places of my heart and bring new life. Renew my hope, strengthen my faith, and teach me to live in the light of Your resurrection. Amen.

4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
