The Character of Christ in Everyday Life
The character of Christ is seen in daily life, when our decisions, words, and responsibilities begin to be lived before God, even away from the eyes of others.
Simples Assim, Jesus begins with a calm and grounded presence: the devotional of the day, a public library, and a multilingual experience prepared from the start.

Devotional
Life with God is revealed in everyday moments. It appears in the way we work, treat our family, handle money, keep commitments, and choose truth when hiding something would be easier.
In Colossians 3:17, Scripture says, “And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.”
This verse reaches the whole of life. Paul does not separate faith from ordinary actions. He places our words and deeds before the name of Jesus. That leads us to look more carefully at what we often call small.
There are things no one sees, but God sees. A harsh answer. A convenient silence. A dishonest adjustment. A promise we do not intend to keep. There are also small decisions of faithfulness that seem simple, yet reveal who is ruling the heart.
Doing all in the name of the Lord Jesus calls us to live without appearances. The faith we confess needs to touch the way we act when there is no recognition, advantage, or applause.
Every day, we need to ask Christ to form true character in us. Everyday life is the place where many parts of the heart are revealed before God.
Prayer
Lord, form in us the character of Christ. Help us live truthfully in small choices and remember that everything is before You. Teach us to act in a way that honors Your name in our everyday life. In Jesus’ name, amen.
