Seek the Wisdom That Comes from Above
The wisdom that comes from God begins in the heart and appears in the way we respond to life. It helps us deal with difficult people and situations without being led by pride, hurry, or hardness.
Simples Assim, Jesus begins with a calm and grounded presence: the devotional of the day, a public library, and a multilingual experience prepared from the start.

Devotional
In James 3:17-18, Scripture shows that the wisdom from above carries purity, peace, and mercy. This wisdom bears fruit in those who desire to live before God with sincerity.
This reaches very ordinary moments. A tense conversation. A harsh reply. A criticism that hurts. A decision made under pressure. In those moments, the heart reveals what still needs to be dealt with.
Many times, we call something wisdom when it is only the desire to be right. We want to answer quickly, correct the other person, and leave the situation feeling that we have won. But God calls us to look within first.
The wisdom from above teaches us to notice when our speech comes from pride or from a wound that is still open. It also helps us act with firmness without letting the heart become hard.
Those who follow Jesus need this wisdom every day. It does not appear only in major decisions. It appears in the way we treat someone at home, in patience under pressure, and in the humility to know when we need to be silent.
Today, ask the Lord for this wisdom. May your words and attitudes be governed by God before they reach other people.
Prayer
Lord, give us the wisdom that comes from You. Deal with our hearts before our words, and teach us to act with humility before others. Form in us a life that bears fruit for You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
