Faith Is a Gift
Saving faith is born from God’s grace and reaches the heart through Christ. It frees us from the illusion of trying to earn the Father’s love and calls us to rest in what God has done for us.
Simples Assim, Jesus begins with a calm and grounded presence: the devotional of the day, a public library, and a multilingual experience prepared from the start.

Devotional
In Ephesians 2:8-9, Scripture says that we are saved by grace through faith, and that it is the gift of God.
This truth places us rightly before the Lord. Faith does not come from our ability to understand everything or from the strength to keep a flawless life. It begins when God reaches the heart and calls us near through Christ.
Many times, we turn life with God into a test of performance. We measure our faith by how much we get right, by what we feel, or by the image of strength we try to maintain. When we fall, we think God has moved away. When we do well, we may begin to think we have some merit before Him.
Grace breaks that false security. It reminds us that God reached us first. Before our response, there was the Father’s love. Before our strength, Christ gave Himself for us.
This brings rest to the tired heart. The faith God awakens in us is also sustained by Him. Because of that, we can walk with humility, without pretending to be strong and without dealing with God as though His love could be purchased.
Every day, we need to receive this truth with simplicity. The same grace that brought us near continues to sustain our walk.
Prayer
Father, thank You because Your grace has reached us in Christ. Strengthen our faith and keep our hearts close to You. Teach us to live with humility before Your love. In Jesus’ name, amen.
